You MUST open and inspect your product in front of the delivery person. If there is any issue, return it immediately to the delivery person. No returns will be accepted after the delivery person has left.
আপনাকে অবশ্যই ডেলিভারিম্যানের সামনে পণ্য খুলে পরীক্ষা করতে হবে। কোনো সমস্যা থাকলে তৎক্ষণাৎ ডেলিভারিম্যানকে ফেরত দিন। ডেলিভারিম্যান চলে যাওয়ার পরে কোনো রিটার্ন গ্রহণ করা হবে না।

Sholpo BD offers exchange only — no cash refunds. If your return is accepted, we will send you a replacement product of the same item. The exchange will be processed within 3–7 business days.
Sholpo BD শুধুমাত্র পণ্য বিনিময় করে — নগদ রিফান্ড দেওয়া হয় না। আপনার রিটার্ন গ্রহণযোগ্য হলে আমরা একই পণ্যের প্রতিস্থাপন পাঠাব। বিনিময় ৩–৭ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে প্রক্রিয়া করা হবে।
